Keter AI is a senior-led AI consulting and engineering boutique: we take organisations from AI ambition to working systems, with strategy, sovereign architecture, engineering and governance in one accountable team.

As Business Development Director you open new enterprise accounts in the UK, the EU (Poland and Ireland first) and Japan. You find organisations with a real problem, lead the first conversations with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and compliance leads, shape a first paid step with our engineers, from a demo or proof of concept to a Production Sprint, and stay close until the account is running.

What we look for

  • At least eight years of new-business sales of technology consulting, data, AI or software engineering services to enterprise buyers, with targets met and deals you can talk through in detail.

  • A network in at least one of our markets, the UK, Poland, Ireland or Japan, that gets you a first meeting with a CTO, CIO, CISO or COO without an introduction from us.

  • You build your own pipeline: outbound, events, partners and referrals, kept in a CRM with a forecast you would defend.

  • Consultative selling. You start from the business problem, scope a small paid first step and grow it into a Production Sprint and a longer relationship, through procurement and with several stakeholders at the table.

  • A working grasp of what takes AI from pilot to production: data access, evaluation, security review, data residency and model choice. Enough to qualify honestly and to bring our engineers in at the right moment.

  • Experience with regulated buyers in financial services, insurance, the public sector, manufacturing or energy, and comfort discussing GDPR and the EU AI Act as buying factors.

  • Fluent English (C1 or above). Polish or Japanese is a strong advantage.

  • Precise writing: proposals and statements of work that our engineers would sign, and no promises we cannot keep.

What we offer

  • EUR 6,400-8,200 (USD 7,200-9,300) per month base, on a B2B contract: you invoice monthly and amounts are net of VAT. On top, uncapped commission on fees from the accounts you open, set out in writing before you start.

  • Fully remote. We work in European hours and Poland-based contractors are welcome. You travel to clients in the UK, the EU and Japan when a deal needs it, with expenses covered.

  • A senior team. You sell alongside the engineers and consultants who deliver, so what you scope is what the client gets.

  • Real client work: production systems, sovereign deployments and AI governance programmes, not slideware.

  • A say in which sectors and markets we pursue, and direct access to the partners on pricing and scope.

  • A yearly budget for courses and conferences that make you better at selling AI work.

The selection process

  1. Introductory call, 30 minutes. A partner talks with you about your markets, your buyers and how you sell.

  2. Account plan, 60 minutes. You walk us through how you would open one enterprise account in your market: the buyer, the problem, the first meeting and the first paid step. Describe the organisation by sector and region; no confidential client details.

  3. Delivery team and references. You meet two of our engineers, we take references and we give you a clear decision.

Before you apply

Send a short note through our contact page with the markets and buyers you know, one or two accounts you opened from first meeting to signature, and links to delivered work you can share, such as case studies, talks or articles. Please leave out confidential client information.
