Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms set out the rules for using the Keter AI website, operated by Keter Partners ("we"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. An informational website

The site describes our services, method, engagement models and portfolio, and publishes articles. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices and durations shown for engagement models are indicative starting points, not quotations. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

2. No advice

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, security or technical advice, and it does not take account of your organisation's situation. This applies in particular to our articles on regulation, including the EU AI Act and data protection. They describe the law, and proposals that are not yet law, as we understood them on the date of publication, and they may become outdated. Speak to a qualified adviser before acting on them.

3. How portfolio stories are labelled

Every portfolio story carries one of two labels:

  • Delivered project - work that was actually carried out. The description is anonymised and limited to facts we can verify.

  • Reference scenario - an illustration of how we would approach a typical engagement. The organisation is described only by sector and region and does not correspond to any identifiable client. Figures are design targets, acceptance criteria or modelled values, not audited historical results.

Neither label is a promise of a particular result in another organisation.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, graphics and layout of the site, and the Keter AI name and logo, belong to Keter Partners or are used under licence. You may view the site, link to it and quote short passages with a clear reference to the source. Without our written consent you may not copy substantial parts of the site, republish them as your own or use our name and logo. Product and company names mentioned in articles belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply partnership or endorsement.

5. Third-party links and stock photography

We link to external sources, such as legislation, research and vendor documentation, so that readers can check them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Photographs on this site are stock images used under licence for illustration. Unless stated otherwise, they do not show our clients, our team, our offices or the projects described.

6. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, try to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, send unsolicited or unlawful content through its forms or impersonate another person. Automated bulk copying of content requires our consent.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the content is complete or free of errors, or that the site will always be accessible. We may change, suspend or remove any content at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keter Partners is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data and business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data collected through the site is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction: to be confirmed before publication. Until then this section is a placeholder and does not amount to a choice of law or court.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version and its date are always on this page, and it applies from the date shown. Questions can be sent through the contact form on this site.
